I just had a great strip last night. I also bough two more that look really good. High dollar steaks is about all you can find it the stores now, no hamburger, very little chicken or pork, can't ever find chicken gizzards, go figure.

The 2020 BLALOCK REUNION is OFF due to the Covid 19.

But my Bride & I have decided to do:

Friday Nite Fish Fry---Forever!!!

Agreed!

I smoked a brisket on the 3rd and couldn't find my Bear Claws. Ended up shredding it old-school with two serving forks.

Still haven't found those bear claws. frown
