There is,a real opportunity for someone to open a transport business here in Boise. They can't find a company that will transport Lucille by Gurnee 50 miles to our home in Garden Valley. Ridiculous. We are sitting here for the 3rd day waiting for something to open up. Very frustrating.

That stinks. These are trying times in your life and something like this just makes it worse, still praying for all of you! Keep your head up and stay strong, God knows what is best for us even if we don't.

Pappy,
There isn't any private ambulance service in the area to provide transport???

Any patient transport facilities??? There has to be some solution to the situation.

I hope all works out well.

Wayne

Finally got a transport home and Lucille back in her hospital bed. Her physical abilities have really deteriorated, almost like starting from scratch. Speech has also down from 3 weeks ago. Hospice started today, but praying she will improve to move off it, back to home rehab . Always thank God and my Forum buddies and your prayers.

It takes the O2 out of the room to hear this but still hoping for a turnaround. The ups and downs must really be wearing you and your family out.
Just know we're all here for you my friend and prayers are always for brighter days.
Think positive thoughts.

Pappy,
I hope that all goes well. Glad that you were able to get her back home. Things are so much better there.

What Wayne said. Thick or thin, Lu is with her loved ones and that is of upmost importance right now. Bless you both Mike and I'll pray the best for both of you...as well as the rest of your family. You deserve an award...Capt. Chris

Thanks everyone for your kind support and prayers. To add to the family issues, my Mother passed away on Tuesday night at 98 + years. Her passing wasn't unanticipated but still a blow. My Mother was the very best a son could ever have. She was always supportive no matter how crazy my direction. RIP Mary Jane Ham Allen, Charlottesville, VA.
