Here's one of our favorites that you don't see very often:

SOUTHERN BAKED GARLIC CHEESE SPAGHETTI

1 box cooked pasta, I like angel hair
1 medium onion chopped fine
5 cloves garlic minced
1/4 t red pepper flakes
1 1/2 C half n half
1 stick butter melted
1/4 C chopped parsley
1 T olive oil plus more for greasingthe casserole dish or Dutch oven and to keep the pasta from sticking
3 C shredded cheese of your choice, I like sharp cheddar
2 eggs beaten

Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta until just done. Drain and mix with olive oil. Beat eggs and mix with all of the other ingredients and place in the greased dish, saving a small amount of cheese to sprinkle on top. Top with a few pats of butter and pinch of paprika. Bake covered for 40 minutes, then uncovered 10 minutes. Enjoy!
