One thing I didn't mention, I used parchment paper underneath and next time I'm using corse sugar instead of regular sugar.

Based on your post above Coach, I made seafood gumbo tonight; Biloxi Gulf shrimp and scallops and Maryland lump crab over Louisiana long grain rice. Outrageous. Enough left for tomorrow.

That does sound OUTRAGEOUS!!!! And damn good too!!

For today’s Super Bowl, we having more oysters, fried shrimp, fried catfish fillets, a pot of gumbo, and for dessert, that huckleberry roll you posted earlier!
