We haven't hit 100F here (DFW) yet. Average "first day of 100F" is 1 July and on average we have 18 of the "triple digit days" each year.

100F isn't in the 10day forecast yet, but we're getting close now that the rain has moved out.

Was 107F "felt" (Heat Index) yesterday, about 99F actual. Looking at same today. It's bloody hot.

I blame Al Gore.

Denver hit 101 this week, tied records set in 2005 for 2 days.

But, in Leadville, CO (the highest incorporated city in the U.S.), they were complaining about it being too hot when it hit 75.
All in your perspective.

Awfully hot and humid here in the NE this past three days.
Hopefully some storms will be coming through this morning to clear this stuff out.

Watch, next week it will probably snow...…………..

Back to seasonal temperatures here. Sunday was 90, Monday was 65, almost a shock and very rainy.
Next few days are going to be perfect (I hope).

Tonight, a low of 65*. Tomorrow, a high of 86* in July in east Texas.

Al Gore, your daddy's coal mines are not producing enough Global Warming.

Get with it man!

It is 5:30 a.m. as I type this on my back porch.

I’m drinking coffee, petting my dogs, listening to the coyotes & hoot owls, and enjoying this 62 degree free air conditioning on July 24 in East Texas.

Unbelievably nice!
