Before and after. Seared on a 1930's Griswold #7 cast iron skillet, then in a 350 degree oven for 7 minutes, rested on a 1972 LLBean pie plate, seasoned with Snider's from Holiday,Utah, and carved with my Behring knife/fork set. Red Solo cup with red wine. The steak was too big to have a side, but I did have a salad an hour before the steak. Outrageous.

Pap, Great looking ribeye chop. Single malt before dinner, wine with dinner and a nice snifter of Drambuie for a night cap. Scrumptious!
