Howdy everyone,
Grant, James & I have been working on this project over this past month and it's halfway done! I'm sure BMK will pipe in and I'll post more Quick-Pics when Amy gets the leather done...but in the meantime: CHECK IT OUT!!
This knife started out as a bare-bones Model #3 and has been transformed into this blue bombshell! Blue G-10, Custom steel hand guard, Special spacer stack, Unique 2-finger/Crows beak handle shaping and, of course a bead-blast-blued blade!
....more to come but my customer is going to be seeing stars on this one!
Hope you like it, Capt. Chris

A few years back when we gave the stabilized materials (like giraffe and pinecone) a try, I was skeptical about the bright colors- I wound up loving even the very first one. This G10 was a similar situation. It's hard to pick them up, but there are light green tones that give an aquamarine feel and it's remarkable. I haven't seen the two-finger variation yet myself and expected a quick "no thanks" from James, but again, we tried something new and are thoroughly pleased.

Thanks for letting us work on this one!!

That is a unique combination of...………...everything!!

Superb job by all folks involved.

I received my Vietnam Ribbon spacer knife back yesterday. Super fast service. They received it on Friday,I had it back the following Friday.

The colors in the spacers could not be restored but but they polished up the handle and blade very nicely and put back a super sharp edge on the blade.

Basically I got a new knife back.

Super job,super service!!!
