This Custom Fish Cleaning knife got here from Willem in South Africa the other day.

The "teeth" on the curved spine is for scaling and the blade for everything else.

I can clean a pound & half crappie (white perch) with it in 30 seconds, give or take.

I've been wanting one like this for years and finally got somebody to make me one.
