That is a beautiful Mod. 1 and the sheath is awesome. A fine piece of work on the knife and sheath!

Buck: Ha!......I didn't have a lot of time, but I tried hard to get that picture up, so you wouldn't have to. Got the closeup, but not the other. I'll sit down with this when I can focus in on it and figure it out, but in the meantime, THANKS!

Pete

Ronnie: Thanks, it's actually my all-time favorite Randall. Can't even capture the stag in a photo.

Pete,

According my data on the overall view of the Model 1 in your post, the file size was about 1.60 MB file size, which is under the 1.95 MB file size in the File Manager box.

Your resolution was on target at 72 dpi, however the dimensions of the photo appeared to be 42" X 31" in my Photoshop screen. So, the dimensions of your image need to be scaled down.

I recommend using a file size under 1 MB, even 1/2 MB (500KB) for an image to post. The file size can be reduced either on the camera or on your computer's photo editing program. For example, I resized your photo to a 8" X 6" image size & 534 KB file size.

Your camera's menu should have probably in the "Set-up" sub-menu a selection of file sizes, large, medium, and small. For displaying only on-line, try the medium or small file size. It depends also on the megapixel size of your camera. Even a 5 megapixel image is capable of printing an 8 X 10" photo.

I'm not a PC user, so all my experience has been with Apple's photo editing program, "iPhoto" and lately with Adobe's Photoshop.

If you're going to do a lot of photo editing for photo printing or online displays, I highly recommend Adobe's Photoshop Elements, currently version 12. Its amazing what this little program can do for less than $100.

My photo is a 5" X 7" at 100 dpi at 565KB.

Hope this helps.
