Yes Peter it was the original hilt very German silver in color. There was a different idea originally that didn't work out. I'm very happy with the results it happened for a reason. Looking forward to your gets. Thanks.

Here is my Chef's Knife that Behring did for me. It now matches my Cattleman (and all of my Randalls).

One came from the Capt, one from the gang. Only one from Cap had a pouch. I have other plans for the 2nd one.
