Adding to this, I wake up this morning and my wife is working from home AGAIN.

It's like Groundhog Day or something.

6 weeks in winter paradise this year.
My daughter is minding the house and mentions she has to shovel each time it storms in Colorado.
But, to be fair, she usually shovels if we are there and she is available.
We have our fingers crossed that the weather cooperates when we tow the boat back to Denver in a few weeks.
Sunrise today at Little Torch Key for another day

Yesterday afternoon we got a 1/3rd of an inch of rain with the temp between 31 and 32F, which made things nice and slick. That's half of the Zamboni work right there.

We started out at about 28F at daybreak and are expected to get close to 50F today.

It's going to be a soupy weekend.

A toasty -5 this morning but should warm up to the balmy 20s by this afternoon.

Supposed to get into the 40s the next couple of days but I will believe it when I see it.

We've had some rain, and then some more rain, and then ...

These little guys sprouted up overnight in the front flower bed.

Typical Springtime in the Rockies.
High 70 degree weather one day and then snow the next.
Trees are in blossom and leafing out.
2 years ago had heavy wet snow on May 22, so down came the limbs on the cottonwood out back that had been there for 80 years.
We are enjoying calm winds and mid-60's today.
