Back from Hilton Head today. Weather sucks here in NY. Been raining here on and off for days. Good news; all the rain filled the pool. Guess there's a bright spot but not so much.
Can't even cut grass, too wet.
Edit to say, it's nice to see all our plantings survive the winter and thriving.

Rain finally stopped here. The river behind the house looks like it is ready to burst.

I doubt if the lawn will dry out enough to mow before the next round of rain on Tuesday.

At least it is not snow...…..for now.

Guess what?? It snowed last night!! Not much by any meand but it did snow.

Here it is,mid May and we are still wearing winter coats.

It's been mid 40's here. Wayne. It did snow to the north of us around Albany yesterday. We didn't get to freezing as forecasted. Yes 60 later this week. Bizarre weather. Finding a day to cut the lawn is challenging. It rains almost every day.

85 yesterday and 83 today, but temp is supposed to go back to normal 70's and possible rain, but feeling the 80's was nice.

80s and sunshine here after the floods last week.

We dismissed school early last Wednesday and all day Thursday due to the floods.

5 o'clock on most rainy days, sun comes out here, especially on Sunday.

This al gore global warming got everybody confused.

Snow in south Texas this past winter, minus zero up north, snow here in May?

Probably tomorrow I will wake up with a foot of the AGGW on the ground!!!

I have yet to go fishing. Kind of hard to be standing in thigh deep freezing water in chest waders trying to cast in near blizzard conditions.

Exactly what we needed, more rain. Thankfully not all day, we did see sun. Hopefully things will improve so we can mow some grass. I drained a few inches of water from the pool yesterday. Probably need to do that again. This weather really sucks.
