A whole lotta ribs with a whole little meat.

They were tasty! Costco trimmed the meat down to the bone, so all that you got was a little skim on top and then whatever was between the bones.

I'll pass next time, it'll be better to just smoke a brisket.

My youngest brought the Grandkids to the Farm Saturday.

It was a gorgeous day. We spent the day riding around on the 4-wheeler checking out some of my new trails. We even rode through the swamp which is dry again. One of the granddaughters told her Mama that Coach & SuSu live in a "Park"

Along about 4:00, I fired up the grill and threw on some Ribeyes, ITA Sausage, Red River Hot Links, and some Jalapeno Peppers.

My Bride complimented it with some Baked Taters, Macaroni & Cheese, Beans, and a Green Salad. Topped it off with some Punkin' Cake.

The Granddaughters were not much on the Peppers and Hot Links, but they certainly enjoyed the ride and the Punkin Cake!
