Coach, I believe you did catch the clue. The colors will fade but it seems the pests will remain for sure. There is a couple companies (I guess they are still open) that take you out and provide night vision scoped rifles. You can request to buy hogs but they are as they come off the truck- you may get a young one or you may get an old one.

I need to get my trap set.

I’ll get them coming in it and I’ll catch them ALL one night.

Stay tuned !

They found the corn last night outside the trap.

We will give them a few nights and I’ll set it as soon as I get them coming all the way in.

I just now caught 18 hogs in my trap.

I’ll take pictures and post in the morning.

Sounds like a heck of a lot of work to me. Anyone there near you that can help take care of them?

Friday Night Results

1st shows the baited trap.

2nd shows the 7 Big Nasty Hogs (3 were Boars) 200+ pounders

3rd shows the 11 smaller (70 - 100 pounders)

The hands from the dairy down the road came and got the 11 smaller hogs. They will turn them into tamales. They usually bring me several dozen when they get done. They know how to do it right!!!

The Big Hogs are full of acorns this time of the year and ain't fit to eat.

Good catch Coach!! Will you keep baiting them until you don't get any?
