Weber has a good coffee rub too, if you don't want to make your own. BTW, when it's done, it doesn't taste like coffee, just a slightly different flavor and most people are pleasantly surprised.

Breakfast sandwich, Griswold style. Butter one side of 2 slices of bread. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter, add 2 scrambled eggs. Place bread slices in eggs opposite each other and butter side Up. When eggs are cooked, flip eggs and bread over together onto the butter side. Place cheese slice, bacon or ham on one slice. Flip the other slice over the cheese and meat. Keep turning over until desired crispness is achieved.

My Super Bowl wings cooked in my #7 Griswold Dutch oven, Tony's Cajun seasoning, cooked at 300 for one hour and 1 1/2 hours at 250,with the wings on a trivet, and a cup of white wine. Fall off the bone tender. I drizzled some Frank's Louisiana hot sauce on mine. Too die for.
