Looks like some more aggw/ice mix for Friday then long range looks like things will moderate a bit for February with temps near freezing in the daytime.
Looks like this will be typical of NE weather and go on until May.
I remember one year,at the end of May,we left for BLADE show and there were still some snow piles in the area.
Yesterday, they upgraded us to 100% expected precipitation for yesterday evening and today. It happened.
We got a good rain yesterday evening and then it froze while falling down. The "freezing rain" kept at it for about 12hrs before shifting over to snow this morning. A few hours into that and still coming down.
Hopefully I will see/play in snow at some point. I've lived here my whole life and have only been in more Northern states in the summer (our slow time). I'm a little jealous at times.

20 here in East Texas, with about an inch of sleet on the ground.
School is out. A lot of businesses are closed. I’m gonna keep the fire going and stay close to it.

Rain is washing all the snow away … 34 degrees and DROPPING! Gonna get icy real fast.
Next two days highs of 28, 30 respectively… I’ll be heading to the skeet range… Don’t enjoy shooting skeet in the cold, but don’t enjoy sitting home when the range is open.
