No that one doesn't work either. The first video is pretty good, after 40 years of using cast iron, mostly Griswold, there are a few tricks that make using cast iron a pleasure. After soaking my just used skillet in hot water, I use the same type brush as the video, dry with a paper towel, and spray Pam and wipe. My most used skillets are Griswold #5 and #7. At one time I had over 300 pieces in my collection but sold down to about 30.

300 pieces, wow that is a serious collection!
It sucks that the links don't work...
They cover a lot of good food...

This one perhaps works:

https://www.coolinary.nl/magazine/bizarre_foods_doet_amsterdam_aan

Just click on the YouTube screen on the page in the link, the rest of the page is Dutch writing.

I don't know how that is possible, I can watch every foreign YouTube channel here in the Netherlands?

Maybe you can find it if you use Google somewhere, if you are interested.

The man that makes the TV program is andrew zimmern

Maybe there is a link somewhere to his program (or parts of it) that is allowed in the US? If you use his name combined with Amsterdam or Holland, the Netherlands, perhaps something pups up if you use Google?

Deb and I celebrated 1st Anniversary in Hilton Head with best friends 4/28. Her bone-in ribeye was a 2#, mine was close to 3# but didn't order it that way. They heard it was a party and delivered. It was an awesome dinner. We had dinner again on the 29th, lol.
