I think I've heard it called a "shortened" butt cap, "radiased" butt cap, "thinned" butt cap. . .and I'm sure there are others. I didn't know about THIN, and have generally used RADIUSED instead of ROUNDED. The larger cap makes the handle look more like a BPH but I like the thin & rd. cap far batter. Great combination. Best, Capt.
