"Sometime" in the night we reached 21 degrees. Lowest temp in 5 years..."BUT"...(There, I said it)...nothing like New England right now...but a hard freeze, none-the-less! If it gets any colder, I'm moving to Florida.

Us Yankees were born in the snow! A heat wave is when it is above zero!

However,each October,I go down to GA to hunt quail and "warm up" a bit before going back north to face the cold winter.

Over a foot of snow yesterday. Windy but not that bad, for a Yankee!

19 degrees right now but sun is bright. I’ll go out in a while, clear some snow off back deck to have access to grill. Maybe have a stogie in the sun!

I still love the winter … skiing / snow shoeing in Canada in a few weeks!

Yep,today the sun was nice and comfortable. Far cry from yesterday's below zero wind chills.

I you are out in the sun on the deck,no wind,it could be down right comfortable to smoke that cigar.

Temps today will be in the comfy high 20s may even see 30!! A bit of a warm up for a couple of days,then by week's end some more snow and ice.
February usually is out highest amount of snow month as we are transitioning to warmer temps.

We're going to get close to 70F today.

The weather bunnies say we're not going to get out of freezing on Thursday, with 90% chance of precipitation.
