If you only knew how crooked our crooks are...

Our Attorney General, Ken Paxton, who is under INDICTMENT, traveled to Utah during the FREEZE.

Ted Cruz went to Cancun and let AOC come down here and raise $5 million in relief for Cruz’s neighborhood.

On the good side,

I got an email from Wood County Electric Coop today. It said not to worry about high light bills. It seems as though we are not directly connected to ERCOT.

The people of Texas deserve better. This is humiliating.Or should be.

Kudo's to AOC.She is the only one who got where she is without corporate funding. All the rest on both sides of the aisle are sold out.
I'm glad you are not getting stuck with a bogus electric bill Coach.I feel sorry for the folks who are.

Testimony in congress talks about the tradeoffs in making sure we have reliable electric supply...

Just one comment lifted from the above report...

Germany will have spent $580 billion on renewables and related infrastructure
by 2025, according to energy analysts at Bloomberg[45] and Germany generated
37.5 percent of its electricity from wind and solar in 2020, as compared to the
70 percent France generates from nuclear.[46] Had Germany invested the $580
billion it’s spending on renewables and their grid upgrades into new nuclear
power plants instead, it could be generating 100 percent of its electricity from
zero-emission sources and have sufficient zero-carbon electricity to power all of
its cars and light trucks (if electrified) by 2025, as well.[47]
