step-daughter got a bad case of shingles at the age of 24, it was related to stress.

Not a fun time.

No pictures, but I made hamburger enchilada casserole with corn tortillas, New Mexico red chili sauce and lots of cheese. They are in the oven now. Haven't had them in a long time.

This may be helpful.

Whole cloves gound , you can get it bulk pretty cheap.

Make a tea with it and drink it for anxiety, stress,insomnia.

You can soak a cloth with it for external relief, healing of skin conditions and pain.

My 80 year old mom uses it externally for arthritis and she gets a lot of relief.

I drink it and it is 10x more relaxing than chamomile tea.

Yup, that's one of the things we buy at least once a month.

Come to think of it, there's still a partial in the fridge waiting to be reheated and eaten.
