Just received the latest customer supplied handle material requirements. Looks like everything is much the same except for the 24-4" and 4" Gambler. These are 3/4" x 1 1/4" x 4 1/8". Hope this helps.....Ed

No grips on a model 7. The rest seems o.k., I'm not positive if the double NS hilt counts as one or two, one I think. The Capt., or a more "seasoned" member will have a "for sure" answer.
Not sure if adding a crows butt cap would actually count as one or two chargeable options (one for the cap and one for changing the shape of the standard handle as a result of adding the crows butt cap??).

You're good to go there, Doug. The cap isn't extra because a duralumin cap is already part of the base price. You are aware that the crow's-beak butt caps are only available in duralumin or brass, right?

Gotcha---thank you. Yes, after doing some searching on these forums I did notice that the crow was only available in those materials. Much appreciated.

The Crows Beak butt cap will count as an chargeable option.
WHY?
The duralumin butt cap is standard with the leather handle because the leather requires a butt cap. Whenever you change to a handle material that does not require a butt cap to finish the knife such as stag or micarta then a butt cap or plate becomes a chargeable option.
What handle shape are you going to request for the micarta? Commando shape is the standard shape with the leather handle.
Since you are going with a Crows Beak but cap you may want to consider the Model #22 handle style.
