Can the shop supply a waxed or unwaxed no hone sheath for model 23 Gamemaster that has the retaining strap that goes around the handle like the hone sheath has? And if so is there a code for that?
Thanks Oldguy

If you order a Model 23 with a no-hone sheath, we automatically order a DK (Diagonal Keeper) you must specifically ask for a KAH, (Keeper Around the Handle)

DW, Thanks that is exactly what I wanted to know. Is the KAH available for other knives also? Oldguy

Possible, but there are always exceptions...

I see many pics of Small Gamblers with a variety of handle materials, but only see the #24 Guardian with micarta.

Since they are similar knives, is the Guardian also available with customer supplied handle materials (stag, wood, G10)? If not, is it available with shop supplied wood or stag?

Thank you.

Dave,
Anything that can be ordered on one can be ordered on the other. Here's a pair I was going to post in the "Matched Pairs" thread. All materials are 100% Randall shop-supplied materials! (...and they ain't bad lookin' either)
Hope this helps, Capt. Chris

Thank you Captain!

That was the answer I was hoping for, with a side of eye candy!

Thanks again for answering my question. I've been thinking a lot about these and have a follow-up question...

Will they put a concave shape and a smooth coolie cap on the stag for the #24?

Thank you, again (again),

- Dave

I was talking with Scott today about my September order, which I expected in about three weeks.

Regarding my shipment, he said to expect it about the end of October. So, some of us can expect about six weeks beyond the stated delivery date.

The reasons for the delay have already been mentioned. 1) The loss of three men retiring after a combined 120 years of service; 2) Robert Welch's condition; & 3) The two weeks off for summer vacation.

Fortunately enough, Orlando has not see any major hurricane action in the past few months.

This is just a "public service announcement" for anyone who has a stated delivery date and is wondering about the delay.

We dealers here are trying to reduce the hundred or so phone calls that the Shop gets every day.
