Worst weather, here today, since Hurricane Irma! Treacherous, heavy thunder and lightning storms. The heaviest lightning I've ever felt! 4 1/2 inches of rain. Utility room flooded. Internet just now back up....& it's "still" raining...heavy!
Be careful out there, Capt. Chris

Sorry y'all are getting pounded! They have been calling for rain for 5 days now and we still haven't gotten any.

God Bless that all of our Southern friends and their families survive the storm and hope no flooding!

Good luck.

Thanks for the update.
I considered calling, but thought he might be too busy to talk.
Glad to hear he didn't get flooded.

Have close friends with land in Orange Beach. Their neighbor is a Marina MGR and Boat Captain... They spoke and boats are everywhere. Mostly not in water or sunken.... Flooding is worst in many years. We spent 16 summers in Navarre Beach. It can certainly be gnarly! God Bless

It's now raining in South Carolina and we are expected to get 6 to 8inches of rain. Trees are starting to fall and block roads already. Today is the first day that I take my mom to outpatient therapy, so I will be out in the mess. Hope everyone stays safe.

It started raining here this morning and is supposed to rain thru Sat. with some being heavy. We can use some rain but not what our neighbors to the south and east of us are getting. Lori be safe out there. I know that you know enough to not drive on flooded roads. We don't need to see you being saved by a swift water team some where on the internet>
