Had my favorite red meat, lollipop rack of lamb chops, fried in my Griswold #7 cast iron skillet. The absolute best, IMHO.

Those cast iron skillets and stuff look like they are very well seasoned.

Nothing beats cast iron cookware.

I LOVE my cast iron....BUT I'd put some of my carbon steel up against them any day....
