Pappy, I'm going to guess peas, carrots, onion and ground elk. And some secret spice. Whatever the combo is it looks good to me.

Coach, that's what we like but usually it is around 250 too. Nice setup for cooking.

1 lb hamburger
2 carrots quartered and chopped
5 stalks of celery chopped medium fine
1 yellow onion chopped
4 garlic cloves smashed and chopped
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh sage chopped
1 Tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 and 1/2 quarts beef stock or bullion
1/2 lb of dried Lady Cream peas or 1 lb of fresh

Add olive oil, carrots, onions, celery, cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Add burger, rosemary, sage, seasoning salt, pepper, cook until burger is done and crumbled. Add peas beef stock and cover with lid. Add beef stock, dried peas and put DO in oven for 60 minutes. Check for needing more water at 1 hour or near 2 hours.
