Well shoot, Capt. Chris!
It truly does seem like if it ain’t one thing it’s another.
Getting that little bitty gall bladder out Friday will completely get rid of those phony heart attack feelings Chris AND it’s ALWAYS good to do it before it goes “hot” on ya’. After that you’ll just have to get up every morning and keep kicking Covid’s ass. BUT with all these guys on here who love ya’ and enjoy your high energy Randall comments, knowledge and witticisms pulling, pushing and praying for ya’ it shouldn’t be nary a bit of trouble atall’.

Cap, I too have some of those lingering symtoms after two, maybe three boughts of covid. You can work your way through it. It's tough but if I can, you can. Let's do this together.

Step #1 in my "healing process" is happening! Surgery went well, although with "double-edged-sword" results. Here's "what's what":
Surgery took place around 1:30 PM yesterday afternoon. I was "home" by 4:30! Good news, so far. The stones that have spilled over into my pancreas are inoperable. Bad news...Pain level is "up there": Bad news.
Good news? Better life through chemistry! Percocet..."high dosage" for the next 3 days! This morning is "already better"!!
Just wanted to let all y'all know that: The Good Ol' Captain" is on the mend! Thanks to all for your support and well-wishes. They are much appreciated.
Stay Sharp, Capt. Chris

That was quicker than expected! Thought it would be on Monday.

Be prepared for what is called "post cholecystectomy diarrhea," but your body will adapt, and "things" should return to "normal"...whatever that is for you.

Three little knife sticks, will leave small scars, but you can attribute them to a chance encounter....

Hang in there!

Larry

Well Cap, I'm on my fith day of my third bout of Covid. It's wearing down this old guy, but what's the choice? You have to do the best with what you have where you are. Believe it or not that was the title of a sermon I heard years ago. It has helped me pull through some tough times.

Capt,
Glad to hear that you are doing better. I guess my sending serious smoke your way did some good???

Tom,
A couple of months ago I came down with covid,so I tripled my daily dose of vitamin C,and took additional D3 and zinc. Two days later I was back 100%

Did you get the covid shots? That is pretty much a guarantee you will get it.

Wayne
