Take the Covid “shots” …..vaccines, or argue, fuss, OR don’t take ‘em.
Do the best that you can, using what you have, including good friends & knowledge to help yourself and others.
Everybody’s gotta’ believe in something. I believe I’ll take my incredible wife and yellow lab and go fishing.

I did get the first two, that's all. If I could go back and not take them I would. Thanks for the suggestions. That's close to what I'm doing but I don't have youth in my corner.

Duke:

You got it right!

I cut the grass all day yesterday and enjoyed some peaceful solitude. I listened to my favorite playlist that included songs from Guy Clark, Townes Van Zandt, Marty Robbins, and Chris Knight, etc.

My Bride spent the day planning an EPIC trip for next Spring while fixing a pot roast for Supper.

When I got finished, my Bride met me as I was coming out of the barn and wanted to go with me on a four wheeler ride. We went all over the place and even were able to get through the swamp. It was after dark when we got back.

I got to spend the whole day thinking about how lucky I am.

Coach

I hope you guys get well soon and get to enjoy some days like I had yesterday!

Coach,
Last week, while squirrel hunting,I took a nasty spill. I got up,dusted myself off and continued on the hunt.
Today,I went for my weekly chiropractor visit and found that I had slightly torn my right anterior deltoid and bicep muscles.

No biggy,I just won't pump iron this week and start off light next week.

I plan on going on another squirrel safari tomorrow.

My wife used to say,I had no brains, therefore no feelings.

I guess she was right.

Wayne,

I miss squirrel hunting, it's been a while. The big woods are shrinking out by my cabin. Season starts here in a few days. Think I'll dig out the old Stevens .410 double barrel and oil her up.

I've got lots of squirrels right now but it is still a little warm. 99 here today.

Tom,
The squirrel season here is quite long,Sept 1st to the last day in February.

That Stevens sound like a good idea for the squirrel hunt.

Coach,

99 degrees is way too hot for an enjoyable hunt. I like it in the crisp 40s to low 50s.
