My first attempt at braised short rib. This rib weighed over 1 lb. Cooked in my full writing Griswold #7 Dutch oven. Delicious over rice.

Yes, David the knife is part of my James Behring set, but the 2 prong fork is hard to get a bite of rice. Also please note that I graduated from a Red Solo cup to a nice wine glass, lol.
