I like the Model 8 configuration offered by Ken. The only thing I would change would be light ambi finger grooves depending on the stag...I hate to see huge hunks of stag stuck onto petite blades. If the stag is too large, then the Cattleman treatment could help...and that is only offered on the Stanaback Special...which is a good candidate for the build.
