They were not, although the shop did have Floyd Byrd make some skull crusher butt caps.

That is a great thread and I have looked at all of those beautiful Model 5's many times. I found a couple of 5-4's with BP handles, but none with the single finger grip handle.

When I did the Google search on the 5-4 a couple of photos of them came up with the single finger grip handle. One of them was actually an old listing from the Capt.

It is a great looking combo.....
