This forum is here for all of "you". No members are creating posts, nor participating in existing posts. This is "more" than a disturbing trend. It is,indeed, a "fact"! A fantastic thread gets started and...almost nothing? The same folks respond and it only amounts to a handful. It's just...plain...not enough! If I come off as grumpy, so be it. The fact is I'm saddened (not grumpy) by all the work that goes into these great forums...to no avail. I implore all of you to actively join in! This forum needs visits and participation. Ads are not cheap and advertisers will pull out if there does not appear to be any worth. Surely, you all can understand this. Hope so, Capt. Chris
The show was one of the biggest/best attended and some fine knives were at a lot of tables.
Many scrim'd knives and quality older RMK's. Sandra Brady attended the meeting and was introduced by Cap. Tom Patten showed his incredible Bowie that Sandra Scrim'd.
The handle vendor tables were continually busy. There will be a lot of knives in the works after this show.
Cap thanks for all of your efforts; wouldn't be the same without your focus and vision for RMK's.
Tom Flynn

Great Blade Show! I thought I was easing out of collecting and then I find a couple of Randalls I have chased for years. 50th Anniversary Knife from Buck, and a Randall Handled Hatchet from Art Green. I am once again an avid collector. Working on that 11 collection again. I just arrived back in Denver and am unpacking my new treasures and will post pictures when I get my head organized. Duke and Mitchell took in some real collectable knives and had some available - keep an eye out for those that make it to Mitchell's website.

By now you all know of my weakness for model twos. There's a few of you that share the love of Randall's premiere stiletto. So, I had two of these already. The criteria is apparently Ivory and a scalloped and flanged butt. Which one did I add at BLADE?
New to me, from BLADE 2023, this 3-7 in a Heiser sheath. Apparently, when purchased the owner sealed it with something that preserved it for all these years. It does not appear to have been to the spa, and the shop edge is intact. Beautiful example to me, anyway. Look at those cornrows!
