If we add another $100 for shipping and insurance, that's $750 divided by 50 is $15 per number. For us 14 bidders, that seems easier to pick than 100 slots. Thoughts?

OK everybody: 1st: Apologies for not responding but we had a severe thunderstorm last night and internet "just" came back online a few minutes ago. Maybe "I'm" missing something. Winner takes...& "PAYS" all! Why 50 numbers? We are "not" breaking up the numbers to a certain amount each so that they "all add up to" the total. "ONE" winner takes and "PAYS" all! Please figure out "how" we can assign a number to each member and keep "anybody" happy... CCS

Cap, if you go back to page 2 & 3, we decided to do B the 0-100 raffle, not A winner pays all.

Pap, Windsor suggested 15 numbers and you agreed and page 26 or 27. I'm at the point I don't care..."BUT"...we cannot run 50 or 100 numbers and assign each number a price to add up to the total amount of this #11. "That" wouldn't be "winner takes all and pays all". I have another suggestion: Instead of doing a random search, which is solely based on numbers, why don't I throw each of you "15" left standing's name in a hat and have the lovely Elizabeth pull one out! Would that work for you guys? Let me hear. I have to visit a friend in the hospital. I'll check back later on this afternoon. A) 50 or 100 numbers but with the winner paying for all. B) Pull one Cap C) Other suggestion Capt. Chris

No problem, Stay with the Vote/Plan.
#204808 - 08/14/23 04:12 PM ROLL CALL VOTE: Vote for one and one only: A) Raffle winner pays it all B) Raffle #'s 1-100 at a rate equal to the knife's catalog price C) I've got a better idea, Capt!
#204824 - 08/15/23 12:31 PM OK, I think that's been decided. "B" it is.

Hi, whatever you guys want is alright with me. But if the winner pays for it all why would he get what others vote on or want. It would be easier to order one directly from the Captain. regards, Mike

I like pappys suggestion of C- 50 numbers @ $15/ each number. I’m not sure we will be able to get the 100 slots filled unless some that have just been watching join in. I’m a little concerned this may fall apart. Walker
