Tanasie Knife Enthusiast Registered: 03/25/06 Posts: 839 Loc: Tennessee, USA	If anyone is considering lignum Vitae as a handle choice...it will crack..yes a wood so dense it sink's in water...and to my knowledge you can't have it stabilzed..crack's. I have 2 with crack's..that were installed by the RMK shop..and were a Dealer Special. Edited to mention that I supplied the wood and the RMK shop is not responsible for customer supplied wood.
