Wayne,
My knee has needed replacing for over 3 decades and it's finally to the point that it cannot be ignored. High school football injury started it. Dirt bike pile up, running hair scrambles screwed it. Partial frag grenade ingredients in it as well.
I am now "out 23 1/2 degrees" and it has been bone-on-bone for longer than I can remember. Believe me: It needs replacin'.
Thanks, Capt. Chris

I was bone on bone for years. Hiking in Nepal, Asia and South America, were a pain in the a.. err, knee.
I had my knee replaced in 2019 and it is the best thing that I have had done, as far as helping stay fit. Cycling, knee wise, is a breeze and zero problems walking.
Just do every darn exercise the PT says, no matter how you feel. I was back cycling in a month after the operation.
