Sloooow times in the summertime! Not much happening of late here on our beloved forums. Kinda' sad. I have an idea: I'd like to hear from some of our newer members (& veteran forumites as well), with regards to your favorite RMK..."OR"...what would be your favorite RMK to obtain!
Ya' never know: I could be smellin' out a "build"! Let's hear your thoughts, thanks.
Stay Sharp,
Capt. Chris
PS: One of my absolute favorites below...CCS

I have a real nice 11-5. I plan on adding a nice 11-3 1/2 and 11-4
to go with my 11-5

My current top picking is still the model 7 with model-6 grind.

We did a forum build of one of these back in 2016.

It's currently packed away since we're on the verge of moving, but here's an older photo:

Believe it or not, my favorite RMK is my FIRST one! I ordered it in the early 1960's. I've been accumulating RMKs ever since, but NONE has been more important to me than this one.

I suppose it is my 18-5.5. My dad wanted to get me a RMK but they did not have one at the shop. They did tell him he could order it and have it shipped but that would not work as we were leaving Benning soon. He found a buckmaster instead. It served well, aside from being large!

My trusty 5-4" is my latest favourite. That along with my old 5-5" with ST and a sheath Greg made for me, that fits on my belt, in the middle of my back.

Here's Rod's photo...(re-sized a good bit to fit)...Capt. Chris

I was able to get this from the good Captain and it is a keeper for sure as they are pretty rare. RMK drop point with ironwood, tapered tang slab handles
