Not splitting logs. Just making kindling from logs. ??? Not really abusing a knife designed to bust out of aircraft unless it's bogus what the 15 was made for. And the reality is when backpacking I'm not gonna carry a axe or hatchet on top of other gear. So occasionally I might need to make kindling ..... That's all. Wanted to see how she did before I took her on a trip.
