I truthfully feel that any Bose Collector should have a SaddleHorn(s) in his/her collection.
SaddleHorns and Wharncliffe Trappers are the essence of Bose you might say.

I like the single blade ones or the modified two-blade without the spey blade the best. Killer swedges on those. Thanks John

That’s a tuff one to call Mike…I really like that big-o potbelly spey blade.

I would have loved to see one in action by a guy like this… that used it as it was meant.

I never saw my grandfathr or any of the other cowboys on spring round ups in Colorado use a spey blade for castrating steers, but I'm sure the blade has that name for a reason.

I would love to get my hands on some early Case one’s…Not many around I guess…all used up

Probably safer to skin a buffalo (after it'd been shot) than to try to castrate it with a spey blade. (Don't shoot Mongo, you'll just make him mad! comes to mind. )

It's good to know that people from the past look forward in time and say: Wow, we never made them knives anywhere nearly as good as they do.

If there ever was a Golden Age of pocket knives this is it, boys and girls. And Bose knives are as good as it gets. When I put one of mine to work, it smiles back at me. Naughty old thing.
