The Yukon Folding Hunter was an exclusive pattern of the Cattaraugus Cutlery Co. back in the day. This ivory beauty by Tony is a faithful reproduction of the original Cat. pattern. ATS-34 blade/spring, blade has double pulls(long and crescent), stainless bolsters/caps/pins/pinned shield.
I have Tears rolling down my cheeks whats so cool about the Yukon is how thin she is sweetness in Knife Right There Thanks for the pics Kerry Old Dawg!!!
It's great to know that the craft of folding knives remains healthier than ever. In the case of folding knives we cannot say that they are not as good as they used to be; very much to the contrary, the craftsmanship of folding knives is now better than it ever was thanks to people like the Bose father and son team.
I've never held a Yukon folding hunter (in any of its incarnations), but it looks like it would be an exceptionally comfortable pattern to use. This is truly a beauty - the old Catt cutlers would be tickled to see it reborn with such skill and attention to absolute quality.
