This is confirmed by RMK. I don't know if the ivory was shop supplied or Rhett supplied it. Will try and find out. If there are a few more "limited edition" pieces floating around, I don't know what spacer material they have. I asked Rhett if he knew where they were as I wanted 1. He said he wasn't sure where they were. You may well have a 1 of a kind if the other never surfaces.
