Tom,

Your collection of TC barrels is amazing. Many are a collector's dream. These had to be a PITA to find cases and work up loads with lots of time in between. I'm not sure if I could do that just now. I bought enough 22 Hornet to hold me for now and I enjoy shooting it. Some factory stuff shoots really well.
What's your favorite if not all, LOL.

First began gathering my TCs over 25 years ago. Have enjoyed them in the fields and woods for so many reasons. The hardest decision is always which one to carry. The light weight, incredible accuracy and amazing one shot & down hard capability makes them a pure pleasure to take to the woods. Pictured are:

When I post my Contender photo I am always surprised nobody asks about the 270 Ren. You know it's not a 270 Rem in a Contender.

Duke,

I always wanted a 300 Whisper with a suppressor. I think that was the reason for developing the round.

ttb,
It was!! AND if Jones hadn't been such a jerk, there wouldn't have been a 300 blackout...all his stuff is "trademarked", and he refused to allow the name to be used....so, we have the blackout...almost the same, but enough to keep from getting sued, I suppose
I have "AR"...I hate to call them AR's....like I'm going to assault somebody with one....I choose to call them DR's defensive rifle...anyway...in 300 whisper, and I have not pulled the trigger(no pun) on a suppressor....just don't want to advance my foot print into the world any more then is necessary...BUT I sure would like to have one!!

Not to get all pedantic, but AR stands for Armalite Rifle, not assault rifle.

The mainstream news media would like us to think it stands for assault rifle, but it does not.

For example, there is just one "AR" type rifle, technically speaking, in this picture.

The rest are simply semi-auto rifles. "Modern Sporting Rifles" if you prefer. And one is a pistol.

I'm not sure what an "assault rifle" is, really. Unless it's supposedly select-fire, capable of firing full-auto.

But don't get me wrong, Rocky, I know what you mean...

Gary
