According to the new catalog the model #28 will only be offered with green micarta or black micarta. The only other options are nickel silver hilt and name etching.

Prices for 2010 are the same as 2009. The only exceptions (or at least "most") are: Sawteeth: Lugged hilts: Name plates.

Here's a scan of Randall's newest handle material. The new ivorite is a phenolic resin composite that is also used for cue balls and counter tops. It's harder than alternate ivory and takes a high polish. I'll have a piece shortly to see if it's suitable for scrimshaw. I may have a better image to post soon.

It looks great. The spacers really jump out at you. I love the traditional R/W/B colors with that white!

It's not Corian. Though both materials can be used as counter tops, this ivorite is much more hard and durable. Here's a better image.
