You would expect the new Model 27 to be similar to every other mini 27, but the stag will vary - sometimes dramatically. Here are three examples - what I call standard stag, then large/chunky and finally dark red. For comparison I added a full size Trailblazer.

Very interesting the darker stag seems to be preferred. Since I don't normally collect stag handled knives I am taking note of that preference.
