In the spirit of getting back on topic, I need to take a much better photo of Bowles Skinner #264 with its matching Don Hedrick mini, along with separate photos of the mini by itself. Don's handiwork is absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are both remarkable.

Thanks to everyone for posting these images on my dealer special thread but of course it isn't actually my thread except to the extent that it's my dealer special. The knife of the week was a popular thread that was initiated in the RKS section of another forum six plus years ago.

I'll tell you what, Rick. If I could get shop-supplied ironwood like the Bowles Hunter you posted...I'd never pay upwards of $75.00 for a piece of it again! That is simply terrific!
