Customer supplied handle material is "one" option. If you choose a handle "shape", other than standard, that would be "2"/ Fine silver is one option..."per item(s)" installed!
Cost: Customer supplied wood: $50.00
Fine silver is charged "per item". That means that if you get a fine silver hilt, fine silver spacers and fine silver butt cap..."3" options are used. I just double-checked this with Valerie...that's the deal.
A fine silver hilt is the same price as a nickel silver hilt: $15.00 for a single and $20.00 for a double.Spacers? Same price as Randall shop-supplied metal spacers: $10.00. The butt caps, plates, etc. would be the same price as Randall's nickel silver butt caps or plates: $60.00 for a butt cap...$$30.00 for a butt plate.
I hope this answers all of your questions.
Best, Capt. Chris

What is the shop charge for a #6 grind on a Model 7?

Thanks.

Not a chargeable option and makes a good user. Another nice no charge option is the #6 grind on a #4-6" in stainless.

Jerry:
No...It is not. Shop-supplied woods include:
*Rosewood
*Walnut
*Maple
*Ironwood

A while back the shop still had some "Ziricote" but it is not catalogged and may or may not still be available. Hope this helps.
Best, Capt. Chris

I am interested in purchasing a nice piece of fossil walrus ivory at a resonable price. I have tried David Warther and Gulf Breeze Firearms. Does anyone know of another reliable source?

Thanks
