Outstanding pics of beautiful blades, Guido! I do have a difficult time not carrying and cutting something with a knife that just feels so good in the hand. When I told James that after I received it his response was, "use it man!--That's what it's made for"! They look no worse for wear. I'll continue to try and improve my photo skills.

Guido, Great pair, i have one as well, for those not familiar with these they were meant to aproximate the apperance of Bo Randalls first knives that were influenced by Scagel. Notice the arrow on the sheath similar to Bo's early sheaths. Regards

Well...here is my latest Behring knife, it is from James' forge in Montana. James call's this a 'Wood Craft' design..and as usual the wormanship is flawless...the handle is 'old yellow micarta. smile

Thanks Guy's for the comment's....Rob James told me that the upper clip on the 'Wood Craft' blade traditionally...is unsharpened, but he will put an edge on it if the customer ask's.....the upper clip on mine is un-sharpened.

Hey team,

I really enjoyed reading everyone's posts on this tread - great looking knives. I just received my first Treeman knife from Jim on Friday. I was thrilled when the package arrived... it’s a 3 1/8" caper with nickel silver guard, maroon spacer, and fitted with a small hippo ivory tooth handle. I hope everyone's week is off to a good start.
