Ordered it from Pete in 1974. I have a newer SS blade in a 6" and it is a fine user as well. I guess if I had to choose now, it would be the 5" as to me, it is just a more handy all-around size. An 8" blade would make the perfect build and, to work on keeping down the options, throw a #22 handle in to anchor it.
